Manufacturer Warranty

All DropShipzone products sold through Oz BBQ are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Faulty components present at the time of purchase
• Structural failures under normal use conditions

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from failure to follow the product instructions
• Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorised parties
• Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
• Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the documentation

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Oz BBQ at contact@bbqs.com.au with your order number and a description of the fault
2. Provide photos or video clearly showing the defect
3. Our team will assess your claim and advise on the next steps — in most cases a replacement part or unit will be arranged
4. Where a return is required, we will provide a return authorisation number and instructions

Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

All products sold by Oz BBQ come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
