Artiss Manufacturer Warranty

All Artiss products sold through Oz BBQ are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in frame, fabric, and mechanical components
• Structural failures under normal domestic use
• Faulty fittings, fasteners, or hardware present at time of purchase

What Is Not Covered

• Damage from commercial or heavy-duty use beyond the product's rated capacity
• Normal wear and tear of fabric and padding
• Damage caused by outdoor exposure without protective covering
• Stains, discolouration, or damage from spills
• Accidental damage or damage from misuse

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email contact@bbqs.com.au with your order number
2. Provide photos of the defect and product label showing the model number
3. We will respond within 2 business days

Proof of purchase required. Claims must be lodged within the 12-month warranty period.
