FireBoard thermometers and drive units carry a two-year warranty on hardware. Probes and cables are consumables covered for 90 days.

Warranty Period

What's Covered

• Hardware defects in the main FireBoard unit
• Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity hardware failures
• Display and button failures under normal use

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
• Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
• Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
• Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
• Probe damage from direct flame contact or submersion in liquid
• Cable damage from sharp edges, heavy objects, or improper storage
• Moisture damage to the main unit
• Software or firmware issues (covered by free ongoing updates)

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
2. If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
