Masterbuilt products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Electrical component failures under normal domestic use
- Structural defects in the smoker body and chassis
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
- Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
- Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
- Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
- Rust or corrosion if the unit is stored outdoors without a protective cover
- Grease or residue build-up causing component failure
- Damage caused by power surges or incorrect voltage
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
- If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
