Masterbuilt products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty Period

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Electrical component failures under normal domestic use
• Structural defects in the smoker body and chassis

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
• Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
• Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
• Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
• Rust or corrosion if the unit is stored outdoors without a protective cover
• Grease or residue build-up causing component failure
• Damage caused by power surges or incorrect voltage

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
2. If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
