At Oz BBQ, we stand by the quality and innovation of Kamado Joe products. Kamado Joe warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper assembly, normal residential use, and recommended care for the durations specified above, commencing from the date of original retail purchase.

Warranty Coverage

• Standard Warranty: Kamado Joe products are warranted for 1 year from the date of original retail purchase, with extended coverage on specific components as outlined.
• Extended Warranty: Applies to ceramic parts (lifetime), metal parts (5 years), electronic components, heat deflectors, and pizza stones (3 years), and miscellaneous components/accessories (2 years).

Warranty Terms

• Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date and is valid only for the initial purchaser.
• To qualify for warranty service, your product must be registered within 30 days of purchase on kamadojoe.com, accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
• If a defect in material or workmanship is identified during the warranty period under normal residential use, Kamado Joe will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component at no cost for parts. Labor, shipping, or related service costs are excluded unless otherwise specified.
• Kamado Joe covers return shipping charges on warranty replacement parts within Australia; initial shipping to Oz BBQ for assessment is the customer’s responsibility.

Exclusions – What Is Not Covered

• Damage from regular wear and tear, cosmetic issues (e.g., minor scratches, surface rust), or fading that does not affect functionality.
• Damage due to improper use, incorrect assembly, inadequate maintenance, or exceeding the product’s recommended weight capacity.
• Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or use of non-approved accessories (e.g., adhesive residue from duct tape).
• Commercial or rental use of the product, which voids the warranty.

Important Notes

We recommend testing your Kamado Joe product within one year of purchase. We are unable to process warranty claims after the warranty period expires.
