• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
• Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
• Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
• Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
2. If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
