Asmoke pellet grills are covered by a one-year limited warranty on all components from the date of purchase.

Warranty Period

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the main grill body and chassis
• Controller and electrical component failures under normal use
• Auger and motor defects present at the time of purchase

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
• Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
• Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
• Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
• Auger damage caused by using non-Asmoke branded or wet pellets
• Rust from outdoor exposure without a cover
• Paint discolouration from high-heat operation (an expected characteristic)

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
2. If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
