The cast iron lifetime warranty covers defects in the casting itself, not seasoning loss or rust from improper care.

Warranty Period

What's Covered

• Structural defects in pellet grill bodies and chassis
• Controller, auger motor, and ignition failures under normal use
• Casting defects in Camp Chef cast iron products
• Manufacturing defects in stove bodies and burner systems

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
• Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
• Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
• Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
• Cast iron rust from improper care — always dry thoroughly and apply a light oil coat after washing
• Pellet grill auger jams caused by wet or low-quality pellets
• Rust on steel components from outdoor exposure without a cover

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
