Costway Manufacturer Warranty

All Costway products sold through Oz BBQ are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Faulty components or assemblies present at the time of purchase
• Structural failures under normal use conditions

What Is Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, overload, or use outside intended purpose
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage including scratches and surface marks
• Damage from failure to follow assembly or operating instructions
• Damage from unauthorised modifications or repairs

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email contact@bbqs.com.au with your order number and fault description
2. Attach photos or video of the defect
3. Our team will assess and arrange a resolution within 2–3 business days

Proof of purchase required. Claims must be lodged within the 12-month warranty period.
