Devanti Manufacturer Warranty

All Devanti products sold through Oz BBQ are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in electrical components and motor assemblies
• Faulty heating elements, thermostats, and control panels
• Structural defects in the product body and frame
• Defective power cords and connections (when not caused by misuse)

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by improper installation or use outside the specified electrical ratings
• Damage from power surges or use with incompatible power sources
• Normal wear and tear including filters, seals, and consumable components
• Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
• Damage caused by failure to clean or maintain the product as instructed
• Accidental damage or damage from unauthorised repair attempts

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email contact@bbqs.com.au with your order number and fault description
2. Include clear photos or video of the defect
3. Our team will triage and arrange a replacement or repair as appropriate

Proof of purchase required. Claims must be lodged within the 12-month warranty period.
