Warranty Period

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the grill body, burners, and chassis
• Ignition system failures under normal use
• Lid and hinge defects

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
• Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
• Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
• Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
• Rust caused by leaving the BBQ uncovered in wet conditions
• Burner deterioration from extended exposure to coastal salt-air without maintenance
• Paint peeling or discolouration from high heat (normal characteristic)

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
2. If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
