- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
- Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
- Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
- Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
- If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
