Giantz Manufacturer Warranty

All Giantz products sold through Oz BBQ are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Structural failures under normal intended use
• Faulty electrical or mechanical components present at time of purchase

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or use outside intended purpose
• Normal wear and tear
• Rust or corrosion from outdoor exposure without adequate protection
• Damage from improper assembly or failure to follow instructions
• Accidental damage, impact damage, or modifications

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email contact@bbqs.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue
2. Attach photos clearly showing the defect
3. We will respond within 2 business days to advise on your claim

Proof of purchase required. Claims must be lodged within the 12-month warranty period.
