• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Defective packaging that has compromised the product at the time of purchase

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
• Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
• Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
• Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
• Rubs and seasonings (consumables) — contact us if a product arrives damaged or spoiled
• Preference-based dissatisfaction with flavour profile

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
2. If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
