What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Defective packaging that has compromised the product at the time of purchase
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
- Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
- Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
- Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
- Rubs and seasonings (consumables) — contact us if a product arrives damaged or spoiled
- Preference-based dissatisfaction with flavour profile
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
- If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
