Tramontina products are backed by a two-year warranty on BBQs and grills, a lifetime warranty on cast iron cookware, and one year on accessories.

What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the grill body and structural components
- Stainless steel weld or fabrication failures
- Casting defects in Tramontina cast iron products
- Non-stick coating failure within the warranty period under normal domestic use
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
- Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
- Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
- Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
- Non-stick coating damage from metal utensils, abrasive cleaners, or dishwasher use
- Cast iron rust from improper care — always dry and oil after washing
- Stainless steel discolouration from high heat (normal characteristic)
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
- If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
