We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Private Mail Bags or Parcel Lockers
Depot pickup options may be available at reduced rates (contact us to discuss)
Off-mainland deliveries require additional shipping fees (custom quoted)
Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee set by the courier

Returns

As outlined in our Refund Policy, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which protects consumers by providing certain guaranteed rights when buying goods and services.

You can return items if:

The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality
The product is not fit for its intended purpose
The product does not match the description
You can present proof of purchase

For change of mind returns:

Item must be in original condition with tags attached
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Original proof of purchase required
Return shipping is at customer's expense
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
