Camp Chef offers extended warranty coverage on their pellet grills and a lifetime warranty on cast iron cookware against manufacturing defects.

The cast iron lifetime warranty covers defects in the casting itself, not seasoning loss or rust from improper care.

Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
Cast iron rust from improper care — always dry thoroughly and apply a light oil coat after washing
Pellet grill auger jams caused by wet or low-quality pellets
Rust on steel components from outdoor exposure without a cover
