All Devanti products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty period for this product is specified above — check the product packaging or contact us if you're unsure.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal domestic use conditions.
At Devanti's discretion, a faulty product will be replaced with an equivalent or better model, or a full refund issued.
Does not cover accidental damage, misuse, cosmetic damage, unauthorised repairs, consumable parts, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.
Extended warranty: Selected Devanti products are eligible for an additional 6-month warranty extension — register via the QR code on the product packaging within 60 days of purchase.

How to claim: Contact Oz BBQ with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We'll coordinate with Devanti (New Aim Pty Ltd) on your behalf. Claims are typically assessed within 2 business days.
