Devanti Manufacturer's Warranty

All Devanti products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty period for this product is specified above — check the product packaging or contact us if you're unsure.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal domestic use conditions.
  • At Devanti's discretion, a faulty product will be replaced with an equivalent or better model, or a full refund issued.
  • Does not cover accidental damage, misuse, cosmetic damage, unauthorised repairs, consumable parts, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.
  • Extended warranty: Selected Devanti products are eligible for an additional 6-month warranty extension — register via the QR code on the product packaging within 60 days of purchase.

How to claim: Contact Oz BBQ with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We'll coordinate with Devanti (New Aim Pty Ltd) on your behalf. Claims are typically assessed within 2 business days.

Oz BBQ operates a nationwide distribution network, with items shipping from:

  • Our warehouse in Bendigo, Victoria
  • Partner supplier warehouses on the East Coast
  • Partner supplier warehouses on the West Coast

Important Shipping Notes:
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Private Mail Bags or Parcel Lockers
  • Depot pickup options may be available at reduced rates (contact us to discuss)
  • Off-mainland deliveries require additional shipping fees (custom quoted)
  • Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee set by the courier
  • All shipments managed through our trusted delivery partners including Border Express, AusPost, Sendle and Aramex

Returns

As outlined in our Refund Policy, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which protects consumers by providing certain guaranteed rights when buying goods and services.

You can return items if:

  • The product does not match the description
  • You can present proof of purchase

For change of mind returns:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Return shipping is at customer's expense
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to our error
