The rundown on the FireBoard Ball Valve Adapter G2
This adapter is a replacement part for owners of the FireBoard Drive Blower G2, which is no longer sold. It mounts the blower to a cooker's ball valve fitting with a 1" NPT thread, so a drum or cabinet smoker that already has a ball valve can take a G2 blower without modification. It is not compatible with the Drive Blower G3, which needs the G3 adapter (FBBL-G3BVA).
Fitting is done by sliding the rails on the G2 blower through the slots in the adapter and tightening the thumb screws. For pipe threads other than 1" NPT, commonly available reducers or enlargers let the adapter mount to almost any standard pipe threading. It suits anyone running a G2 blower on a drum smoker, cabinet smoker or other cooker with a ball valve who needs to replace a lost or damaged adapter or move the blower to a second cooker.

You can return items if:

For change of mind returns:

- Return shipping is at customer's expense

- Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
- Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
- Probe damage from direct flame contact or submersion in liquid
- Cable damage from sharp edges, heavy objects, or improper storage
- Moisture damage to the main unit
- Software or firmware issues (covered by free ongoing updates)
