Overview

The rundown on the FireBoard Competition Series Food Probe 75mm SF675T

The FireBoard Competition Series Food Probe (SF675T) is a 75 mm probe with a 1.8 mm (1/16 in) diameter, made for taking readings in smaller cuts of meat or where space is limited. It uses a 100K thermistor sensor and is rated from -18 to 300°C (0 to 572°F).

The thin probe suits small roasts, thin cuts and other places where a larger probe would be awkward to fit. It comes with a 6 ft (1.8 m) cable and is sold as a thermistor probe only, so it is intended for FireBoard thermometers that support thermistor probes. Check your FireBoard's supported probe types before buying.

  • 75 mm (about 3 in) probe length
  • 1.8 mm (1/16 in) probe diameter
  • 100K thermistor probe type
  • Temperature range -18 to 300°C (0 to 572°F)
  • 6 ft (1.8 m) cable
  • Available as a thermistor only
