The rundown on the FireBoard Extreme Probe Pack
The Extreme Probe Pack gives a standard FireBoard kit a full set of probes, enough to monitor up to 6 channels of food temperatures at once. It contains 4 x SF311T food probes, 1 x SANT311T ambient probe and 1 x GC311 grill clip, all 100K thermistor probes that can be mixed and matched and used together.
Use the four food probes for separate cuts such as a brisket, pork shoulder and ribs on the same cook, and clip the ambient probe to the grate to log the temperature of the cooking chamber. It suits anyone who already owns a FireBoard and wants a complete probe set. FireBoard prices the pack to include a free probe compared with buying each one individually.

Important Shipping Notes:
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Private Mail Bags or Parcel Lockers
- Depot pickup options may be available at reduced rates (contact us to discuss)
- Off-mainland deliveries require additional shipping fees (custom quoted)
- Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee set by the courier

Returns
As outlined in our Refund Policy, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which protects consumers by providing certain guaranteed rights when buying goods and services.
You can return items if:
- The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose
- The product does not match the description
- You can present proof of purchase
For change of mind returns:
- Item must be in original condition with tags attached
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Original proof of purchase required
- Return shipping is at customer's expense
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
- Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
- Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
- Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
- Probe damage from direct flame contact or submersion in liquid
- Cable damage from sharp edges, heavy objects, or improper storage
- Moisture damage to the main unit
- Software or firmware issues (covered by free ongoing updates)
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
- If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
