These Medium toasted American Oak ‘Biscuits’ are usually used in the wine industry to impart a particular flavour profile to wine. We’ve managed to get them before hitting the wine vats and are a perfect addition to your BBQ.

These biscuits are perfect for those who want a subtle smoke influence in their BBQ.

These Biscuits and Beans are are very similar wood to our Port, wine and bourbon barrels.

These Biscuits are perfect for a hot and fast chicken wing cook, just throw a couple biscuits on top of your vortex or char baskets.
