Warranty Period

What's Covered

• Rust-through of the hard-anodised aluminium panels (lifetime)
• Manufacturing defects in panels and the GrateTool
• Warping or cracking under normal grilling temperatures

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
• Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
• Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
• Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
• Surface discolouration or seasoning changes from high-heat use (normal and expected)
• Damage from metal scrapers or abrasive cleaning products on the anodised surface

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
2. If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
