The rundown on the Green Mountain Grills Replacement Meat Probe
The plug-in meat probe that reports food temperature to the GMG controller and app. Probes wear out from kinked leads and heat, and a dodgy one gives readings you can't trust on a long cook. Pick the probe for your model.
GMG uses different parts across its Trek, Davy Crockett, Choice, Prime, Prime Plus and Prime 2.0 generations, and they don't swap between them. Check the model plate or the parts list in your grill's manual before you order. If you're unsure, send us the model and serial number and we'll confirm the part number for you.

Oz BBQ operates a nationwide distribution network, with items shipping from:
- Our warehouse in Bendigo, Victoria
- Partner supplier warehouses on the East Coast
- Partner supplier warehouses on the West Coast
This multi-location approach allows us to provide efficient delivery across Australia. Use our shipping calculator on the product pages for accurate delivery times and costs to your location.
Important Shipping Notes:
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Private Mail Bags or Parcel Lockers
- Depot pickup options may be available at reduced rates (contact us to discuss)
- Off-mainland deliveries require additional shipping fees (custom quoted)
- Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee set by the courier
- All shipments managed through our trusted delivery partners including Border Express, AusPost, Sendle and Aramex
Returns
As outlined in our Refund Policy, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which protects consumers by providing certain guaranteed rights when buying goods and services.
You can return items if:
- The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose
- The product does not match the description
- You can present proof of purchase
For change of mind returns:
- Item must be in original condition with tags attached
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Original proof of purchase required
- Return shipping is at customer's expense
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to our error
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

- Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
- Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect.
- If approved, we will arrange next steps with the manufacturer.
