Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
Failure to follow product instructions or improper installation
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) from normal use or weathering
Damage caused by use with non-recommended fuels, accessories, or parts
Rust or corrosion from exposure to coastal/salt-air environments without appropriate maintenance
Commercial use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
Ceramic cracking from thermal shock (rapid temperature changes), overfiring, or use of lighter fluid
Damage caused by dropping or impact
Discolouration of ceramic from high heat (a normal characteristic)
Accessories and consumable items beyond their stated period
