Grillz Manufacturer Warranty

All Grillz branded products sold through Oz BBQ are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the grill body, frame, and burner assemblies
• Faulty ignition systems and temperature gauges
• Structural failures of cooking grates, shelves, and lids under normal use
• Defective welds and paintwork failures not caused by external damage

What Is Not Covered

• Surface rust or discolouration from outdoor exposure or failure to cover the unit
• Damage caused by incorrect fuel type or pressure settings
• Damage caused by failure to clean and maintain the grill as per the manual
• Flare-up damage or damage from excessive heat caused by grease build-up
• Normal wear items: cooking grates, heat plates, and igniters after 90 days
• Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse
• Modifications or unauthorised repairs

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Oz BBQ at contact@bbqs.com.au with your order number
2. Include photos or video clearly showing the defect
3. Our team will assess and advise — most claims are resolved with a replacement part dispatched directly to you
4. Where a full return is required, a return authorisation and prepaid label will be issued

Proof of purchase required. Claims must be lodged within the 12-month warranty period.
