The Grillz Fire Pit comes with all the necessary accessories to get the fire and BBQ going: fire pit tray, log grate, mesh dome, stainless steel grill plate and fire poker. And for a consistent good fire, the Fire PIt is also designed with ample ventilation to let air flow through easily. Not least, it comes with a safety ring to ensure no one gets too close to the hot Fire PIt.

Oz BBQ operates a nationwide distribution network, with items shipping from:
- Our warehouse in Bendigo, Victoria
- Partner supplier warehouses on the East Coast

Important Shipping Notes:
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Private Mail Bags or Parcel Lockers
- Depot pickup options may be available at reduced rates (contact us to discuss)
- Off-mainland deliveries require additional shipping fees (custom quoted)
- Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee set by the courier
- All shipments managed through our trusted delivery partners including Border Express, AusPost, Sendle and Aramex
Returns
As outlined in our Refund Policy, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which protects consumers by providing certain guaranteed rights when buying goods and services.
You can return items if:
- The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose
- The product does not match the description
- You can present proof of purchase
For change of mind returns:
- Item must be in original condition with tags attached
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Original proof of purchase required
- Return shipping is at customer's expense
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to our error
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Grillz Manufacturer Warranty
All Grillz branded products sold through Oz BBQ are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the grill body, frame, and burner assemblies
- Faulty ignition systems and temperature gauges
- Structural failures of cooking grates, shelves, and lids under normal use
- Defective welds and paintwork failures not caused by external damage
What Is Not Covered
- Surface rust or discolouration from outdoor exposure or failure to cover the unit
- Damage caused by incorrect fuel type or pressure settings
- Damage caused by failure to clean and maintain the grill as per the manual
- Flare-up damage or damage from excessive heat caused by grease build-up
- Normal wear items: cooking grates, heat plates, and igniters after 90 days
- Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse
- Modifications or unauthorised repairs
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Oz BBQ at contact@bbqs.com.au with your order number
- Include photos or video clearly showing the defect
- Our team will assess and advise — most claims are resolved with a replacement part dispatched directly to you
- Where a full return is required, a return authorisation and prepaid label will be issued
Proof of purchase required. Claims must be lodged within the 12-month warranty period.
