About GrillGrate
GrillGrate panels sit on top of your existing grate, or replace it, and turn any grill into a sear-and-sizzle surface. The raised rails give you clean sear marks while the valleys catch drips and stop flare-ups, so a steak cooks over even heat instead of over a fire that keeps jumping.
The hard-anodised aluminium spreads heat edge to edge, which takes the hot and cold spots out of a kettle, a gas grill or a pellet cooker. Flip a panel over and the flat side works as a griddle for eggs, smash burgers and anything that would fall through a normal grate.
We carry sets cut to fit the grills people actually own: Weber kettles, Smokey Joe and Q-series, Big Green Egg Large and XL, Primo Oval, PK Classic and PK 360, GMG Peak and Ledge, the Hark offsets, plus pizza-oven and flat-top panels. All ship from Hark, our Australian distributor.
