Overview
The rundown on the GrillGrate Set for XL Big Green Egg
The XL Egg has room for a lot of steak, and this set covers about 90% of it: two 20" (50.8 cm) radius-cut panels and two standard 20" panels that lock together over the existing grate.
GrillGrates are interlocking panels of hard-anodised aluminium that sit on top of your existing grate. The raised rails sear, and the valleys between them hold the juices so they sizzle back into the food instead of flaring on the coals. Flip them rails-down and you have a flat griddle. Aluminium doesn't rust.
Comes with the GrateTool and user guide. Made in the USA.
