Overview
The rundown on the GrillGrate Universal Set for Flat Top Griddles
A flat top does smash burgers and breakfast brilliantly, and it can't give you grill marks. Lay this GrillGrate set on one end of the plate and that end becomes a searing grill, while the rest of the griddle carries on with eggs and onions.
It works in ovens and on regular grills too. The panels are hard-anodised aluminium, so they conduct heat quickly and won't rust.
