Overview

The rundown on the Hark Wrangler Reverse Flow Offset Smoker

Meet the all-new Hark Wrangler Reverse Flow Offset Smoker (HK0541) — a true reverse flow stick burner at an accessible price point. Reverse flow technology forces smoke and heat under a steel baffle plate before returning it across your meat, delivering exceptionally even temperatures and deeper smoke penetration from end to end. With minor adjustments, the Wrangler converts to a traditional offset smoker, giving you two cookers in one.

Why Reverse Flow?

Even heat distribution end to end. No hot spots. Longer smoke contact time. Consistently better results every cook.

Product Features

  • Reverse flow baffle plate for even heat distribution end to end
  • Convertible — switch between reverse flow and traditional offset smoker at any time
  • Heavy-gauge steel construction for durability and heat retention
  • Enamel coated steel cooking grids

  • Integrated temperature gauge and adjustable dampers for precise heat control
